New York based multi-instrumentalist, producer and artist Avishag Cohen Rodrigues’ sound is unmistakable. Raw electronic landscapes with bold, cutting electric guitar topped with her dark, minimal, wet & effected vocals.

Rock n’ Roll meets club, through different cities, seasons and long nights in smoky rooms, Rodrigues has been making her mark in the scene as a guitarist of New York’s all female post punk band cumgirl8 (4AD), in addition to her involvement in different projects and ensembles including Laila, Ryskinder, Yonatan Gat (Stone Tapes /Joyful Noise) to name a few.

In 2019 she released her EP ‘One Winter One Hunter’ (Baby Satan Records).

Her debut solo album ‘Islands’ (2022, Garzen Records) which is sung in both Hebrew & English is now released on a limited vinyl edition
