Gorgette was created in 2019 by Cheeky Chacha with the will to gather all his past influences into pop music, a blurry genre he has always wanted to both explore and expand. He has been playing in bands since the early 2000's, starting in the punk metal scene in his home town, Reims, France. He moved to Berlin in 2014 where he started to be active as a dance music producer under the name of Tetron, and as a guitar player in Slow Steve and Tendre Biche.

A debut EP, "Avenue du Soleil", was released last year by Fantasy Fiction records. CEO Cosmic Palms described it as a modern French Pop odyssey shimmering in digital synths, dreamy guitars, and lush vocals. You can listen to it here: https://fantasyfictionrecords.bandcamp.com/.../avenue-du...

The current line-up is Cheeky Chacha (guitar, vocals), Madlen Wittenstein (keyboard, vocals), Dino Gollnick (bass), and Roland SP404 (drums). At 8 mm bar, they will perform a healing set with mellow songs ranging from 60 to a 100 bpm. Beware, some listeners say they experienced levitation while listening to Gorgette!
